Gameplay

  • Added controls to move the camera
  • Expanded waypoint system to allow vehicles to move along more complicated paths
  • Changed vehicles to physics-driven system
  • Created a new level for testing
  • Improved enemy spawning to reduce randomness
  • Added Explosions with splash damage
  • Added a delay before some units attack
  • Replaced the control meter with a battle that the forward base is fighting

UI/UX

  • Changed unit deployment UI to better support future development
  • Changed road deployment UI
  • Added minimap
  • Added build times for units
  • Added a build queue (units no longer spawn on top of each other!)
  • Added unit icons to better distinguish buttons
  • Added tooltips
  • Added health bars to units

Other

  • Migrated from WebGL to an executable file
  • Changed assets to a less cartoon-y style
  • A bunch of minor bug fixes and improvments
